{BL Review} Night and Day~Ertal Games {Demo, 18+/15+}

Paul moves to Paris in 1950 to pursue art, and while there, he meets other people who also decided that dropping everything to bank on making it big in Paris was a good idea XD.

So I’m still weak, and I got an email from the creator asking if I’d consider talking about this game as it’s currently having a Kickstarter, so here I am LOL. Anybody who follows my blog also knows that I love talking about indie games and supporting indie developers, so I’m more than happy to give a helping hand.

The Kickstarter can be found here

{Otome Review} Imagine Figure Skater~Ubisoft {DS}

You play as a girl training to be a world-class figure skater. You go through about a year of her life and compete in different competitions.

The game has a map that allows you to go to different places. Each day you are given a few tasks, usually to raise a stat and learn a new move. You are also required to go and talk to everybody, so you can’t ignore anyone lol. You have three stats, strength, artistry, and…..heart? Each stat can be raised by different mini-games.

{Game Review} Ener-G Dance Squad~Ubisoft

Follow Kate as she tries to become a professional dancer. That’s the plot lol.

This is a rhythm game with tap controls. There are no button-pressing rhythm portions. The types of dances are split into two categories. Dancing with a ribbon/ball means that you have to do flips, spins, etc. which means you have to swipe, tap, blow into the mic, and things like that. The other type is straight up dancing without any object, so this is just tapping.

{Otome Review} Heaven’s Grave~Blackcross & Taylor {18+}

Heaven’s Grave follows Arha (name changeable), a shrine maiden in a small village. The sun sets for multiple days, then comes back and stays at dawn, and just keeps moving randomly. Then water begins to dry up, etc. Soon three Nakami (Gods) appear in her shrine, all in human form, and need her help leading them to the First Temple in order to save the world from the impending apocalypse.

I do want to make this clear: I was contacted by the developers and sent a free download of the game in exchange for an honest review. Getting the game for free did not deter any negative reactions or make me write a 100% positive review, as you will see below.

General Information:

  • Where to get: page/Steam
  • Cost: $16
  • Love Interests: Three (male)
  • Endings: 7
  • First play through time: About two hours
  • Time to get all endings: About 6 and a half hours (with a cat)

{Otome Review} My World, My Way~Atlus

Elise is a princess who wants to find a handsome man to marry. An adventurer (the purple-haired guy on the cover) comes to one of her balls and she is immediately smitten. Too bad he’s a jerk and refuses to acknowledge her existence because she’s royalty and not an adventurer. Elise sets off on an adventure to prove her adventuring worth, all the while, the entire adventure (towns, bosses, dungeons, etc.) are being commissioned by her father.

The big selling point of the game is Elise’s “pout” mechanism. She has the ability to pout so much that things pop in and out of existence. She can change the scenery, paralyze enemies, make monsters stronger/weaker, increase item chance, etc. all with the powers of “pouting.” I have to say, the gimmick was pretty fun.
