{Unboxing} Kamigami no Asobi First Press Limited Edition

I’m waiting desperately for Kamigami no Asobi to get an English release, and I discovered that the limited edition of the JP game is actually really cheap now, so I bit the bullet and got one.

The way the box is made is really odd to me. It opens from the side rather than the top. This does make it A LOT easier to open it without bending anything. My copy is used, so the box came a bit messed up, so pardon any creases.

{Unboxing} Daiya no Kuni no Alice PSP Deluxe Edition

Beyond Daiya’s deluxe edition, all the others run for $90 to $350, so this is the last Alice one I have right now LOL. Fun fact, people tend to translate the game as Dia no Kuni, so Diamond no kuni. But, “daiya” can also mean like a railroad time schedule, which coincides with how Daiya introduces the trains station, and how Wonderland is the land of time. The meaning gets lost when people translate it as Diamond, but I get why people do it (guilty as charged).

{Unboxing} Omochabako no Kuni no Alice PSP Deluxe Edition

Omochabako’s box is d(・∀・○). It’s eye-catching, colorful, and just looks fun. Since Blood and Boris ranked high on popularity contests, I get putting them on the cover, even though I think they should have put something dealing with the Wizard and the Master aspect of the game to highlight it more.

{Unboxing} Bakudan★Handan Limited Edition {Japanese Version}

Sweet Fuse is one of my favorite otome games that Aksys has brought over, and it was a big reason I tried out Danganronpa and Zero Escape. I feel like it gets really overlooked since it seemed like a really random game to bring over. People hadn’t really heard of it before. I checked out what the JP limited edition of the game came with and how much it cost, and it’s pretty cheap. I wound up getting mine for $8.

{Unboxing} AI: The Somnium Files Special Agent Edition + Day One Edition {Switch}

The Special Agent Edition (SPE) of AI: The Somnium Files comes with a box inside a slipcase. The slipcase changes based on your edition. My edition is the Switch one, so the top has the Switch symbol on it.

{Unboxing} Anniversary no Kuni no Alice PSP Deluxe Edition

I am a big fan of QuinRose, so I’ve been slowly trying to collect their deluxe editions (which is hard since more recent games are hundreds of dollars, ha…ha…ha…|D). QR calls them “deluxe” editions unlike most people who call them limited editions for some bizarre reason.

QR deluxe editions follow the same basic format. You have a fancy box, the game, a drama CD, and a big book that’s about 100 pages. All of their deluxe editions seem to follow this format, or at least all of them that I have, and I have a decent amount of them. QR does have a lot of pre-order bonuses based on if you ordered from QR, from Animate, and other stores. All of my deluxe editions of older QR games are second-hand, so I seldom get pre-order bonuses lol, and my boxes aren’t pristine. Most of the bonuses are an extra drama CD, though sometimes you get a data CD with bonus stories on it or some other smaller items.

{Unboxing} The House in Fata Morgana~Limited Run Games Edition {PSVita}

I ordered this alongside London Detective Mysteria, and they both came out at the same time, so the stress of ordering both was INTENSE. Luckily, this limited edition looks fine!

Trivia: It took me until making this post to realize it was The House IN Fata Morgana and not The House OF Fata Morgana. Send help.

{Unboxing} London Detective Mysteria + Soundtrack Bundle~Limited Run Games Edition {CD Discussion}

My copy of London Detective Mysteria came in! I’m incredibly glad to have a physical copy, but at the same time, there is one glaring issue:

The cover art for the game box looks like crap.
